Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery issues

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error

  • Exchange shipping fees may be required depending on location
